Salvatore Pizza began as a humble dream in the heart of Naples, Italy. Our founder, Salvatore Russo, grew up watching his grandmother craft perfect pizzas in her wood-fired oven, learning the secrets that had been passed down through generations.

In 1985, Salvatore brought his family's treasured recipes to Canada, opening our first pizzeria on Market Street. What started as a small family kitchen has blossomed into a beloved destination for pizza lovers across the region.

Today, we continue to honor those traditional methods while embracing innovation. Every pizza we serve carries the same love and dedication that Salvatore's grandmother put into her creations decades ago.
