Harmful or Malicious Behavior:
- Harassing, threatening, or intimidating our staff, delivery personnel, or other users
- Posting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
- Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming affiliation with any person or entity
- Engaging in discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristic
Unauthorized Access Attempts:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or databases
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, scrape, or collect data from our Services
- Attempting to bypass any security measures or access controls
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any aspect of our Services
Intellectual Property Violations:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing our Content without authorization
- Using our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
- Infringing upon any third-party intellectual property rights

Each individual may maintain only one account with Salvatore Pizza. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, exploit promotional offers, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Extended periods of inactivity

5. Products and Services
5.1 Product Descriptions Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and nutritional information for all menu items. However, due to the nature of food preparation and ingredient variations, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from photographs displayed on our website.
Food Safety and Allergen Information
Salvatore Pizza complies with all applicable food safety and hygiene standards in Canada. However, our kitchen prepares products containing various allergens, including but not limited to:

- Dairy products (milk, cheese)

5.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is not considered accepted until we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel orders for reasons including:
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Product unavailability
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Delivery address outside our service area
- Inability to verify payment information
5.4 Order Modification Policy
Orders may be modified or cancelled within a limited time window after placement:
- Delivery Orders: Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 5 minutes of order placement
- Pickup Orders: Modifications or cancellations must be requested within 10 minutes of order placement
- Dine-In Reservations: Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the reservation time
Once food preparation has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
5.5 Payment Terms
We accept various payment methods including major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment platforms. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- The payment information provided is accurate and complete
- You authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order
Payment is due at the time of order placement. For catering orders, a deposit may be required with the balance due upon delivery.
5.6 Delivery Terms and Timing
Our delivery services are subject to the following terms:
- Delivery Zones: We deliver only within designated areas. Enter your address on our website to verify delivery availability.
- Minimum Order: A minimum order value of $20 CAD may apply for delivery orders.
- Delivery Fees: Delivery fees vary based on distance and order value. Fees are displayed at checkout.
- Estimated Times: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on order volume, weather conditions, and traffic.
- Contactless Delivery: Contactless delivery options are available upon request.
Temperature-Sensitive Item Handling
Our food is prepared fresh and packaged to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit. However, we cannot guarantee food temperature upon delivery if:
- The customer is unavailable to receive the delivery
- The delivery address was incorrect or incomplete
- The customer requested delayed delivery or contactless delivery without refrigeration instructions
For food safety, we recommend consuming delivered items promptly upon receipt. Cold items should be refrigerated immediately if not consumed right away.
5.7 Food Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our food. If you are dissatisfied with your order due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Quality concerns may include:
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Food quality that does not meet our standards
- Food safety concerns

5.8 Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted. Refund eligibility and procedures are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Intellectual Property

"Salvatore Pizza," our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Salvatore Pizza or its affiliates. 9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Maximum Liability Limits
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SALVATORE PIZZA, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ($100 CAD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9.2 Excluded Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SALVATORE PIZZA BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from your use of our Services
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our Services

Upon termination:

- Any outstanding orders at the time of termination will be processed and fulfilled
- Any unused store credit or loyalty points may be forfeited
- You remain liable for any amounts owed prior to termination

The following provisions shall survive termination: Intellectual Property, User Content licenses granted to us, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
13.1 Applicable Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution Process

We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations within thirty (30) days of receiving notice of the dispute.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations against Salvatore Pizza.
13.5 Jurisdiction and Venue
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. You waive any objection to venue in such courts.
14. Changes to Terms

Subject to the foregoing, these Terms will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
15.5 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
15.6 Headings for Convenience
The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
15.7 Language
These Terms were originally drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
